About the teacher/therapist
With a background in movement and Dance that stretches over 22 years, Janet incorporates her acute knowledge of the body into carefully disciplined guidance and support.
Her expertise lies in Yoga Therapy, Ashtanga Yoga, Budokon & Dance.

Through her own journey of healing a destructive injury, she has managed to use these practises as a restorative way to bring the body back to natural health and alignment. Despite the adversity form health experts, she used her shortcomings to propel her into seeking a new way of life. A total immersion of Yoga and Philosophy and two life changing experiences in India taught her new psycho-physical qualities that are now practised and followed in her daily life. This is now being passed in all of her teachings.

It is now her way of life and a cross path to her art.



'My passion to teach on a more personal level stems from many practitioners craving for individual analysis, aims and needs. Each body is different and offering my knowledge to each and every client means I can help them thoroughly through undivided attention.'
