Do you love Yin Yoga? Or maybe you have never tried it before and would like to know how it works on the body? Do you wonder what is actually happening to you and your body when you practise Yin Yoga?

If so, join me on this 3 hour Yin Yoga Workshop; we will be going through a little theory on the essence of Yin, how it is different to our Yang(Dynamic) Yoga practice, and how it affects the body physically, learning about the fascia and connective tissue. This will be followed by a lovely long Yin Yoga practice with adjustments if you would like them and a Yoga Nidra meditation to finish.
