Burlesque chair dance is a fitness class for women of all ages, sizes, shapes and abilities!

We do one routine for 4 weeks - then we swop to a new routine and do that for 4 weeks and so forth! If there are moves you 'can't ' do - we offer alternatives so really there is no excuse to not come and join us!

Think you have what it takes? Think this is something you could never do... come and prove yourself wrong ;) Come and join us 6.00-7.00pm and 7.15-8:15pm
Crookes Club, Mulehouse Road, Sheffield!
All classes £5 per person and pay as you go!

We wear comfortable clothes and we dance barefoot! Bring plenty of water with you!
