Robo Films 1 day film school is designed to give you the practical skills you need to get started as a filmmaker.

The course covers.
Using video cameras and DSLRs - freeing yourself from AUTO MODE.
Lighting and getting the best from natural light.
The importance of sound and how to get good recordings.
Types of shot and composition.
Shooting for the edit.
Directing actors for the screen.
We spend the morning looking at techniques then actuallygain practical experience by shooting a short story.
All students can keep a copy of the footage shot.
The special introductory cost is £50.
Robo Film School will take place at the Misty Moon Gallery, next to the Ladywell Tavern, starting at 10am on Sunday 11th May. (Ladywell is a short train ride London Bridge, Waterloo, Charing Cross, New Cross or Lewisham station)
