*** We will visit you personally & discuss your needs without any fees/charges or any obiligation on you*** If we believe that planning would be refused we will be open & honest about it and tell you at our first point of contact.

*** Our charges are simple you only pay 50% fees in advance and 50% only after gaining planning approval**

We specialise in the following property conversion and extension designs & plans:

- Detached shed at rear - £200 - 50% off to first time clients
- Gr Floor rear extension - £450 - 50% off to first time clients
- Gr Floor rear and side extension £750 - 50% off to first time clients
- Loft Conversion - £750 - 50% off to first time clients
- Gr Floor rear & 2 storey side extension £950 - 50% off to first time clients
- Gr Floor rear & 2 storey side extension & loft £1,350 - 50% off to first time clients.

***Any extension to your property even if it is to add another bathroom or extra kitchen space will add significant value to your home***

***We submit & fully liaise with your local council on your planning application***

Any planning application refused by Council that requires changes in design for re-submission will be done for FREE

Note:-
- Fees mentioned are for doing drawings for Planning & Building Control
- Fees for planning application & building control to be paid by client.
- Structural Eng/Thames Water/Party Wall Act etc if applicable to be paid by client
- We work accross London and with all London Councils.
- We don't charge any fees for enquiries, quotes or discussing planning applications and there is no obligation on you to accept our quotes.
