Time Out Counselling is a new service in Southampton. It is Person-centred so you will not be judged or criticized and it is completely confidential. My approach to counselling means that I will not impose my own opinions, give instructions or tell you how to solve a problem, instead, I will help you and be with you whilst you explore and discover your own solutions. Simply ask yourself, how often do we ever take the time to care for our own emotional wellbeing? Life is busy and complicated and more often than not, our attentions are spread out to our loved ones and we place ourselves at the bottom of the list of priorities. Taking time for yourself can enable you to function more positively and move in the right direction. I can offer individual therapy, where the sessions will be 60 mins at a cost of £40 and couples counselling, these sessions are slightly longer at 90 mins, at a cost of £60. I am a fully qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist and have worked with a wide range of presenting issues, backgrounds and ethnicity.
