My name is Holly and I am a qualified Humanistic Therapist. I am experienced in many areas, but have a particular specialism in working with depression, stress and anxiety, especially related to work, families and relationships. I have specific experience of working with men with depression, and always keep some sessions reserved for those with depression that need to be seen quickly.

I am on the BACP Accredited Register. My registration number is 092201 and my BACP Membership number is 733686. I am fully insured and adhere to the BACP's Ethical Framework.

I offer a free assessment so we can meet each other and discuss your needs. I am happy for you to ask questions, tell me about yourself and what is troubling you. I will have some questions of my own to help us figure out if we can work together. We can go through the reasons you are considering counselling, what you need from a counsellor and when you would like to meet. We can look at the contract we might work to, and agree where would be best to meet, if you wish to have face to face counselling. We can meet in person or arrange a confidential phonecall or Skype session.

You do not have to decide during our first meeting if you want to work with me. I am happy to provide you with any information you need and you can make a decision in your own time.
