Working in a small home within a friendly team for residents with acquired brain injury.

This role is a dual role for an Occupational Therapist looking for a step up or more responsibility supporting the Home Manager as Deputy.

As the sole OT, you will be responsible for assessing clients, planning and implementing interventions and maintaining associated records. You will also be responsible for supporting the Rehabilitation Support Workers by delivering formal and informal training as necessary.

As Deputy you will be responsible for assisting the Manager with day to day aspects of running the home including assessments, care planning, rotas and staff management.

Extensive OT experience, management experience and experience with ABI is essential for this role.
