Looking for a sole use yard with up to 4 stables in or around Newark, Nottinghamshire. 2 geldings 2 mares. All respect fencing.

With running water but electric not essential.
Mnage not needed but don't mind having use of one, off road hacking.

Looking at £450 a month. Can supply own hay/haylage &bedding &extra fencing if needed.
