2 DIY livery spaces available near Mary Tavy (Tavistock). Opportunity for 1 person with 2 horses at roughly £130pcm per horse to join me with 1 horse (mare) and mini ponies

Looking for a down to earth like minded and flexible person. If your into dressage that's a plus but not essential. My horse will be doing more jump training in the future and I'd like to get out and about to clinics and unaff shows in the summer. It would be nice to have a hacking buddy and someone to have fun with.

Excellent facilities - sand school, turn out (with mains water), lots of stabling, tack room with sink and toilet! Horses need to respect tapped/electric fencing (I have paid for the fencing and it's now all set up) 6 acres in total, Paddocks need to be poo picked regularly and rotated so we can preserve the ground and turn out in the winter. We have mini ponies also so hopefully your horses won't find them too scary!

Based on someone's private property so need to be respectful (horses as well!) and tidy - not too many very early starts and late finishes so the owners are not disturbed too much.

Access to off road hacking in beautiful setting!

(Please note you will have to have 2 horses due to the cost of the yard)
