A large foaling box (corner box) is now available together with another box, with use of extra stable for feed/rugs etc., in a private D.I.Y. yard just outside Weymouth. Own paddock, rotated. Own electric fencing is required and good horse management is essential. Owner lives on site and has a high standard of horse management. A deposit is required of £100 and one month in advance rent. Damages to stables and fencing is charged or to be replaced. A livery Contract has to be signed and agreed upon.
A bridle path runs past the property, and lovely village rides up to Hardy's Monument are close by. Rent due every month. No dogs or small children allowed in the yard at any time.
Lovely location and with only 2 horses on the yard is a perfect place to rent.
