3.5t ford transit horsebox (smiley face transit)
MOT 22/3/22
2.5lt diesel banana engine will go forever
Had 4 new tyres and new exhaust for last mot.
100k mileage
Stalled for one horse (16.2hh) or partitioned for 2 ponies.
Over cab storage, spare wheel.
Just replaced sides, floor and side ramp.
I brought this in the summer and found out the floor was that rotten it was growing mushrooms.
So we replaced the floor it's know reinforced had aluminium metal., Marine plywood, sheet metal and then rubber matting. So solied.
Replaced side walls and added thick foam floor tiles on the inside for protection.
The side has been painted in slate grey with fine glitter ..
Runs well mechanically it's sound cosmeticly shes an old lady
Only selling cos there is no way my 18.2hh horse is gonna fit.. (I brought it ignoring everyone)
To insure it for anyone over the age of 25yrs to drive is only £250per year

Bad points
Has tow bar but have not tried the electrics.
Sky light needs adjusting. (Leaks a little)
The box is registered as blue but the girl I brought her from hand painted her purple . So the cab the rear ramp are purple side grey..
Speedo doesn't work however it's not an MOT failure and I used the speed on my satnav
But she is not gonna win any races. Slow and steady.. I drove her from conventry to Chester without any issues.
After market cd player

She is an old lady and shows signs of age however she is structurally sound and ready to go.
