Luna is a laid back mare. She was backed last year, turned away and then brought back into work. Luna has proven to be a very easy going girl, she is happy to hack alone or in company including going out in big group's of horses. She is not fazed by heavy traffic or going through water. Luna has been out on loan for a number of weeks doing pony rides for excitable, nervous and novice kids, she has been an absolute diamond! She will stand all day to be petted and groomed by the kids. Naturally at her age she needs to get more miles and experiences under her belt, she isn't yet sure about cows and sheep although she has only seen them a couple of times.
Schooling wise Luna needs more work in this area as she's a bit too laid back about the whole thing and currently needs jeeing up and work on her steering. She is snaffle mouthed and has been ridden bitless.
Luna is easy to do, catch, load, in a mixed herd and respects fencing. Her passport is written up, teeth have been checked and she is barefoot fine over stones. She still has a lot of growing and filling out to do but I'd say she will finish at a full up 14hh maybe a bit more.
She will be a great mother daughter share or kids pony. Happy to sell to a novice to plod around on if there is an experienced person's regularly involved who can continue to produce and school her.
