A great opportunity to purchase a lovely gelding, Romeo. He has a friendly & gentle temperament and loves to spend time with people, he has been good to do in all ways. He takes up the leg well, I am 6ft and have been riding him regularly.

Romeo has been used predominantly as a happy hacker, he has hacked alone & in company, he's happy to take the lead or stay behind in a group. He's happy to plod along on a long rein or equally is up for a canter when asked, he hasn't become excitable or silly in a group and pulls up as soon as he is asked. I have passed cyclists, dog walkers, cars, tractors etc without any issues.

Although safe, Romeo does need reassurance at times when he is unsure of something. He has never refused to pass something he is worried about but sometimes needs the confidence of his riders leg to move him on.

Romeo has done some basic schooling, he is not fazed by coloured poles and is happy to pop a small fence.

After assessing Romeo, I think he could be a perfect match would be someone looking for a gentle soul to enjoy life with. He would be a nice low level all rounder or equally would enjoy being a nice happy hacker.

Romeo is based in Newcastle Upon Tyne where he can be viewed at our home with good facilities available.
