Project Cob Pony 13.2 hh in Shepperton

£1,300

Honest post! Project Pony Cob Mare, 13.2hh. I brought for myself, a novice and she has done really well with me. Unfortunately, due to a change in circumstances, I have had to make the very hard decision to rehome her. I brought from a lovely lady just outside east London. She purchased her for her nieces, but sadly they moved abroad, hence the sale. The pony can be scared of new people, as I think at some point in her life she was abused. She was used for driving and is scared of the lunge whip, people touching her buttocks or legs. She takes time to trust people, so may take a while to settle in and get to know you. She had been ridden, but can be hard to get on if she doesn't know you. However, once you gained her trust and manage to get on she is perfect. I'm a novice and I ride her in the school, hack her out alone or in company. With new people she can throw the odd small buck in the school but doesn't bolt or anything dangerous. Out hacking she's pretty bomb proof, she's never spooked out, walks over poles on the floor in school. I am selling her as non ridden pony, maybe a companion. Time needs to be spent with her, so you can bond and build trust with her before being brought back into ridden work. She previously taken part in gymkahana and trek clinic. She is a lovely pony and has so much potential. She is £1300 to find her a perfect home who are willing to put the work in with her. She comes with tack. She is passported, microchipped and vaccinations up to date. Serious buyers only. Read more
