Almost 4 yrs

Same home since a foal came to us from Ireland untouched .
He was very timid and shy !
We have had him for six months
And started his working career .

Jerry is a character that loves human attention , always in your face and follows you everywhere .
He had four months groundwork and has now been backed for two months turning from a typical teenager into a young man !

He is riding out nicely alone and in company , proving to be safe in all traffic we have seen .
Based on a farm so has seen larger vehicles .
We have also ridden along the lorry quarry road which was a big test greatly passed.

We have cantered in open space , pooped a log and a small coloured cross pole with no issues .
He has good brakes .

We have taught him basic walk, trot and canter in his schooling , he is still unbalanced on the corners but just baby and improves daily .

He happily lives in or out and in a mixed herd .
He doesn't bully and is lower down in the pecking order .
He is currently barefoot and has been trimmed with the farrier .
Picks all four feet up nicely .

He stands to bath , groom and tack up .
He was sedated to clip but think this will improve in time with practice.

He loads and travels no issues
You can throw a rug over him , he leads nicely and can bend down underneath him and know your safe .

He does need work with his mounting .
He has improved a lot , sometimes he stands no problem , other days he fidgets .
Again this is improves with time .

This young man is going to be a super allrounder and is ready for his new forever home for someone to continue his education .

Can be viewed in Oxfordshire and is open to any vetting .
