14,2 - 4 year old Cob X .

Skye is a 14.2 Cob X who still has some maturing left to do. Skye is well mannered and has a kind and willing temperament. Skye is very affectionate and loves being fussed over, she will stand all day to be groomed and scratched. We have owned Skye for two years and she has proven to be a safe pony for my daughter.

Skye is happy living in or out she has no stable vices, lumps, bumps or sarcoids, and she is up to date with her vaccinations, worming, teeth, and the farrier. Skye has also had her saddle checked recently.

Skye is good to catch, bath and clip and she is well behaved for the farrier, Skye is also good to load.

Skye has started her schooling and she is being brought on slowly, she is proving very willing to learn. Skye is still green in her schooling and needs work on her canter as she is unbalanced and can throw a buck out.

We have been working with Skye on her canter in her schooling and lunging her to improve her balance, but with me working full time and my daughter being in college we are coming to realise that we just don't have the time to bring her on.

Skye is ready for someone to her bring on and put their own stamp on her, and who ever buys Skye will have an amazing pony at end of her schooling journey.

We have hacked out with Skye and she is proving to be very sensible, she is not strong or silly in open spaces. Skye has seen traffic and she can be a little nervous having not been exposed to it much but she takes confidence from her rider and she improves the more she is exposed to it.

Skye is a much loved pony and this is a very hard decision for us, but we realise Skye is just not getting the attention she deserves.
