Introducing Marley 15"1 eleven year old Irish cob gelding. Marley is a real kind loving genuine cob with three established paces in the school, he's snaffle mouthed super forgiving and sensible and is happy to ride out life in the steady lane! He's a capable cob although steady, ideal for novice or experienced rider looking for a safe sensible low level cob.

Marley will jump up to 80" although he's never going to be whizzing around winning against the clock, he will however jump what is asked of him local low level and is not phased by fillers, coloured poles neither water trays. He's great out on the cross country field he will remain level headed and although not a world beater he's safe sensible and easy to do in all aspects.

Marley hacks out alone or in company and not phased by heavy traffic or farm machinery and will hack out along the bridal ways at the end of the buckle. He's never nappy and is happy to lead green horses out and will lead a pony, iff mum was to want to hack out with her child and pony, Marley is happy to do this and plod along.

Marley has excellent ground manners he's great to shoe, box, clip and loads and travels perfect. He takes life in his stride he's super affectionate loves being fussed and is easy to handle at all times. He will happily allow his riders to make mistakes, he's not spooky and stands patient for the mounting block. He excepts you flapping around and iff you get on and tap him on the bum he's not going to react in any way. He's no world beater as stated he's happy to plod along and take life in his stride. He's been on many charity rides beach rides and enjoys hacking out. In a dressage aspect he would do an unaffiliated local level test he's capable of that.

Ideal home for Marley is someone wanting a safe cob for enjoyment hacking, schooling a low level all rounder home. Ideal family cob type! Not going to make a show jumper because he's too laid back. So jumping side of things it's for pleasure and fun and to know that's his capable of popping over a log ect when out hacking or to go to the local cross country course and jump the low jumps more for enjoyment then competition type.

He's ridden in a snaffle he has excellent stable manners. Can be handled by novices and isn't the type that has to be ridden daily so you can leave him a few days ect at a time. He will remain level headed. Read more
