Description:
Very tentatively contemplating putting my Friesian on lease (not loan).
11yo 16.1hh KFPS registered, fully papered Friesian gelding.
Norbert 444 x Sape 381, Stam 50.
First premie as a foal.
A real sweetheart, very intelligent and a quick learner.
Owned him since he was 18 months old. He was left to mature and backed at 7. Since then has been a happy hacker, so is essentially still a blank canvas.
It pains me but I just don't have the time to devote to him with 2 daughter's doing PC.
Never reared, bucked or bolted, but is still green and does lack confidence, mainly due to lack of miles on the clock.
No vices, been barefoot all his life, stabled at night during the winter.
Up to date with vaccinations, feet, worming and teeth.
I just want to see him out and about, enjoying life and giving someone that wouldn't ordinarily get the chance to own a horse like him the opportunity.
He will need to be brought back into work slowly as is currently fluffy and unfit.
I do have a few stipulations....
No livery yards.
No novices or under 18's.
Year-round turnout is a must.
Knowledge of the Friesian breed.
Do not want him jumped or hunted, but happy for you to do pretty much anything else.
Strictly within 1 hour of HR1.
Due to his value, he will not be a free loan, but rather leased for a fixed price with a contract in place.
