Introducing Maple a stunning 17 hand thirteen year old Irish draught x shire mare. IDEAL POLICE HORSE!!

Maple is snaffle mouthed at all times! She's super safe and super forgiving. Very well schooled and knows her job. A been there seen it and done it type. Great for a beginner,or experienced rider at any riding level and excels in all disciplines.

Maple hacks out alone or in company passing any heavy traffic and farm machinery. She will happily hack out at the end of the buckle on a loose rein and is not phased by tractors, buses ect she will happily hack out on the busiest of roads taking everything in her stride.

Maple is a big gentle giant, excellent ground manners and super affectionate and can be handled by children. She is great with dogs and is a real pleasure to have on the yard. Anyone can handle her you don't have to be horsey or knowledgeable to handle her.

Maple can jump and has proven herself as a hunter hunting the odd fun days jumping ditches, hedges and will happily go around a local cross country course with ease and remain calm and collected. She is ridden in a snaffle at all times.

Why we think maple will be a great asset to the police force or any rider wanting an unflappable ride? Also suited to a hubby who wants to enjoy riding with his wife! Maple is unflappable because you can throw a large inflatable ball across to her rider, while she stands absolutely unfazed! You can wave a huge flag up and around her why you ride around! You can mount her from both sides! And you can run around her waving clapping and shouting whilst a rider is on board and she is completely unfazed.

Maple is looking for her forever home she really is such a genuine kind hearted mare. Everybody adores her and she loves fuss and attention and would even make a fantastic therapy horse. Maple is not the type who needs riding every day, you can ride her as and when and not have to worry about her being fizzy or strong.
