Looking for his new home
Bewdley, Worcestershire

Patsys Lad (Laddi)
Beautiful 16.3hh Palomino, Irish Sports Horse.
Had Laddi since May 2021 - looking for a new home through no fault of his own (just pure lack of time to give him the attention he needs).

A mini breakdown:
- Laddi is a project horse - not suitable for novices, (not naughty but he is still quite green)
- Laddi absolutely loves his work, ideally needs someone that has time to commit to riding roughly 2-3 times a week.
- Laddi loves a fuss, treats, carrots and his food.
- Has been turned out with mares and geldings (and a Shetland).
- Used to being turned out in the day and brought in at night in the winter months and turned out at night and brought in in the morning during the summer months. He is not used to being left out all the time.
- Hasn't hacked since 2022. Prior to this he was out hacking regularly.
- He can walk, trot, canter and enjoys pole work too. As he's still quite green, he hasn't done much jumping, currently has only done small fences.
- Laddi has had issues of being sore intermittently in his one foot in the past in the summer months. I have had the vets out numerous times and had x-rays done whereby they have not been able to find anything physically wrong with him (which can be provided along with any other relevant records on request). We did not have this problem with our previous farrier so do believe that experimenting with different shoes may help this.
- Given hay as normal and then his chaff and pony nuts at meal time (I can give the exact brands if you wish to carry on with the same one he is used to).
- Farrier every 5/6 weeks and hoofs oiled daily. His feet are always picked out when being brought back in after turn out.

All tack can be purchased by separate negotiation (ask for more info). Can send videos on request.
