Description:

Approx 16h 10yr old Portuguese mare. (Unknown breeding, Portuguese passport).

Thickened tendon from a old injury so potentially limited to her capabilities.

Sweet mare but timid. Ok to catch with bucket of feed, good to do if quiet with her. Good for farrier, load, travel.

She's just coming back into work after a unknown amount of time off. Unfortunately, history isn't known due to her coming to us from a dealer who was very vague with info! She looks to of bred a few foals with her teats.

She is willing enough to walk and trot, and do some pole work, can be a little nappy (backs up, just drop your reins - don't cause a arguement - and ask her to chill, then ask for her to be forward again and she moves on). She has also hacked out alone and in company down our quiet lane nicely. Not particularly spooky sort. Just a little unsure.

Ideal Companion/broodmare/project.
