15.2 gelding sports horse, excellent doer, currently lives out in a mixed herd no problems. 9 years of age.
He shows great talent for dressage and jumping, his problem is he was backed originally for hunting we believe, somewhere down his line he hasn't been handled well. 9 X out of 10 he is great, he has the odd "sensitive" day however where he bucks, therefore I have lost my confidence to educate him further, he needs to gain someone's full trust and gage his potential by ideally being worked in a mnage/school, I only have a open field which isn't on flat ground so I'm really struggling to bring him on further. Great to farrier/travel and be around it's just his odd day which he lets you know about in advance by being spooky or flincy, usually in heavy winds.

I've had his back checked and no signs of any problems confirmation wise.

We've mainly done a lot of walk and trot work which he's coming on great and a load of lunging, we've only schooled over small jumps but we've lunged over 3ft and fillers etc and he's always really really enjoyed that.

Hacking in company he is 100% we've been on busy main roads, motor way bridges etc never a issue for him, he does however get spooky alone but more practice will make this better for him.

He needs to go to someone who has a lot more time for him, in a strict routine and better facilities and confidence than I unfortunately do.

The reason I'm selling him is because I'm wasting such a pure talent for him.

Will only allow him to go to a 5* and will be checking on his home before hand.
