Sadly offered for sale is Sky. 15.1 tb -- section d 8 year old mare. Sky has hunted, done fun rides, beach rides, local shows and has gone around a cross country course. Sky was professionally schooled last year by Helen Jones. Can be opinionated so needs a confident rider and a firm voice but rides beautifully once she knows she can't push you. She rides out alone & in company, is not strong at all but can get a bit dancy when hunting or jumping. Sky has jumped 1.2m at home with lots of scope. Sky is a typical mare, sassy, with a bit of an attitude but also very sweet, loving & very bright. In the right hands Sky will exel in any discipline. She can be a bit bolshy on the ground if she can get away with it but again is fine when she's put in her place. Sky was bought just over a year ago for our daughter who has since lost interest, I was hoping I could keep her myself but a new business venture & a full time job mean I am struggling to find time to ride so we have come to the decision to sell her to somebody who can give her the time she deserves. Sky is barefoot but was previously shod, she is good with the farrier & good to catch, she can be a bit stubborn to load but will load fine with an apple to bribe.
