Hope comtious mare in Whitstable

£5,000

HOPE
16.1hh, 10yo, Comtois Mare

Very honest post to find this sweet mare in the perfect home.

Happy hacker, kick-along type.
Nothing phases this horse on the roads, she has pretty much seen everything and just plods along! Has been ridden in the woods, open fields and orchards and is no different. Has been in the school once since being here and while she didn't put a foot wrong, I don't feel like it's her favourite thing at the moment.
Hope has never bucked, reared, kicked, bolted etc.
Good to do feet, tack up, groom, rug etc. Hasn't been clipped.
Good with vet, farrier, dentist. Up to date with all, recently had shoes taken off.
She does require a few stable manners. She isn't nasty in any way but knows what she can get away with and given her strength will try it on. For this reason, she needs an experienced handler. Happy to discuss further with potential buyers.
Lives in or out but does prefer to be out. I believe a routine with plenty of turnout or 24/7 turnout will make this mare much easier on the ground.

She hasn't got original passport as it got lost but does have a new passport.
She can come with tack and rugs at extra cost.

Current owner is selling due to new baby and isn't able to keep Hope fit and in work. She has been in her current home for 4 months. Some of her history is known.

Please message for further information and owners contact details. More pictures and videos available upon request. Vettings welcome.
