13.3/14hh 7 year old New Forest Gelding (Green Passport)
We have made a really difficult decision to find this boy a new home where he can further his education and meet his potential. This is through not fault of his own, he has simply been outgrown.
Striker is looking for a competent child or small adult rider to love and cherish him.
Striker is the coolest and smartest pony. He loves jumping and is full of talent for the right rider. However he does come with attitude which can be his best asset when ridden well.
Striker has done a fair amount of show jumping, getting placed on most outings now. He has experience cross country but would benefit from more. Striker is good to hack in company and will go out alone but going away from home can cause him some anxiety. Once out he is fine. Striker is the kindest pony, he is not dangerous or unkind just cheeky and anxious at times.
Striker is not a first pony or a novice ride. He does have his quirks which includes the odd buck and leap.
Striker is good to shoe, clip, catch, load in a trailer and lorry, he is currently sharing a field with 2 other geldings. He is stabled at night but could live out 24. Striker is a loveable cheeky character and a favourite on the yard.
