11.2 Lead rein or kick along first ridden in Hassocks

11.2 23 year old mare
Don't be put off by her age she is fit and healthy, no health issues,
Lottie is a lead rein or first ridden, has taught many children to ride and have my niece heaps of confidence she is now looking for a new home due to my niece finding her too slow,
Bombproof to hack in company and alone,
Safe in a open field, we did make some grass reins for her,
She thrives on routine and is bottom of the pecking order and will get bullied in the field so ideally kept in a pair,
My niece is 7 and we've owned Lottie for 2 years in that time she has always brought her in from the field tied her up and tacked her up with no problems,
I want Lottie to go to a forever home and if at any point she is to be moved on I would want first refusal,
She will only be sold to a experienced horse family, she's not ready to retire just yet and I hate seeing her sat in the field,
She will bring a young family many more fun years she's not ready to retire,
No lami or sweetitch
We do keep an eye on her weight,
