Sunrising Fabio welsh section a 11.1hh NOT NOVICE in Somerset

This is our lovely 11.1hh 8 year old Frankie, he's a flaxen chestnut with white socks/stockings. He has very beautiful markings.
Frank is not a suitable first pony. He is full of character.
He MUST go to someone with knowledge.
He's great for the farrier, microchipped and is up to date with his jabs.
He loves being groomed and fussed over. Can live out, will load with some argument if he has company.
He moves beautifully. He is just a stunning horse. I've never had him buck, rear or take off. He makes us laugh every day. Full of character and very hard to not
We have been to pony camp and he was great. If only I could get him off the lead rope! He seeks comfort in being lead around.
We really want him to have a forever home. My daughter is breaking her heart over this decision, having grown up with him.
When we got him, he wasn't broken properly and since then, he needs someone to take him forward.
I'd like to be completely honest because I DO NOT want hoof kickers or people to try to buy him without knowing everything and selling him on. This pony deserves a wonderful life.
We adore him despite some vices-with a professional I believe he will be fantastic.
He's a typical section A and can be sharp (when this little guy can be brilliant in the right hands and with his lineage he could appear in any show ring.
Please let me know if you have any questions, not a horse for any novice. Please call in evening if interested
