Welsh mountain pony sec A 17yo
Alfie is looking for a new home due to the owners daughter not having any interest anymore, this is a very honest advert due to not wanting him being passed around. Alfie came to us from a riding school however since he has not been ridden. Alfie is your typical Welsh and can be a handful. Alfie needs daily exercise and working continuously as if not he will get worked up in his stable and can rear up at his door. Alfie needs an experienced handler who is confident as he will try and take the piss out of you if you let him and will attempt to drag you round. With a lot of work and attention Alfie will probably benefit with being ridden but is a project pony. Alfie will bite and has kicked previously however not often but this is due to us not having time to give him the attention and care he needs daily due to having 3 other horses. When Alfie was at the riding school he did go showing however it looks like it was a small adult riding him. Alfie would probably make a great jumping pony in the future with work.
