Based on a good yard with fantastic facilities in the groesfaen area of cardiff.

Flash is a second pony due to him being sharp and many quirks
Rider must be confident and experienced in dealing with difficult ponies

Once he knows he cant get away with anything he is butter wouldnt melt and will turn his hoof at anything.
