This is written with a very heavy heart, however the time is right. Heart breaking decision has been made to sell Richard. 14.2hh Welsh D X Quantock. Chestnut. Foaled 2004, unsure of exact birth date. I have had Richard for almost 5 years. Rich had a terrible upbringing as a youngster and now suffers quite badly because of it. Richards new Home MUST be full of experience, patience and have lots of time for him. Through all of his faults, he's brilliant to tack up and load (trailer and lorry). He has been shod on the front with me but took a good 18months for him to realise that no one was going to hurt him, Rich has scars around his back leg which suggests he was caught up in barb wire at some point, and it just happens to be this side he gets funny about to be shod/trimmed. Up to date with worming, vaccinations etc. He has only been ridden once in the past 6 months, however he acts the same way he did the last time you got on. He adores hacking out in the forest and can be a forward going ride. Has hunted and jumped previously. Will live in or out, he has done both with me over the time I've had him. Home is absolutely more important for him than price. He will be sold with everything I have for him, head-collar, rugs, bridle, travel boots etc. Saddle available for additional cost. If you are interested, please feel free to message me to discuss more. Many thanks
