Burq AKA 'Ruk' is a sweet boy but still nervous of people. He was brought in from the side of a mountain of well bred Welsh Horse's (Prefix ST Thomas) at 6 months old to start his search for his forever home. He was completely unhandled at the beginning but since being with us, he has come on very well. He has been led up and down the lanes with no problems. Good to turn out but nervous to catch (nothing that hay can't fix!) Ruk has had his feet picked up and done well

Ruk is completely unspoilt and a blank canvas for someone wanting a ridden and in-hand showing prospect. Ruk is eye catching, he is floaty and has movement to die for! He does have a real 'look at me!' attitude and will be definitely loved by all the judges!!

His bloodline consists of well bred Royal Welsh winners, including Nebo Black Magic, Tyhen Comet, Derwen Rosina and Parc Lady (won four years in a row)
He has fantastic confirmation to go with his good looks

He was purchased to be an all rounder/showing prospect but due to unforeseen circumstances we are forced to sell Ruk on to someone who will give him the time and love he deserves!

We love Burq very much so this is a very hard post to write, we will like to receive a reference and he will only be sold to the right person.

*Update*
Ruk is now leading very well and tied up for the first time the other day with out a single fuss. He has been rugged and didn't bat an eye and is picking up his front feet very nicely. He is also being caught better but that still needs a little work!

For a foal that was feral for the first 6 months of his life, he has come on leaps and bounds! We are very impressed with his wanting to please attitude and how keen he is to learn new things daily.
