Ideal for a small adult as his owner would like him to stay in a long term home and not be passed on once the child outgrows him. Hacks alone and in company, great in traffic. No vices, health issues, injuries, barefoot, sound and fit and ready to go and excel in a new home. Passed a 2* vetting today but the prospective owner changed her mind through no fault of Harley. This smart boy will turn his hoof to anything.
