For sale is the Millepunti by Necchi 857 - a combination machine that is a 5-thread overlocker and a coversitch machine at the same time. It is LIKE NEW - never been used on any project. I am selling it for 2 reasons: I already have a Janome overlocker and I'd like to get a Janome coverstich machine.

The machine has a handle for easy transportation and suction feet so it remains stable while working. It also comes with 8 presser feet and a multitude of tools to help you achieve the best coverstitching and overlocking!

If you want to achieve that professional finish with any project you design, then this machine has you covered. Having a coverstitch machine and overlocker in one, you will be able to finish your seams neatly and prevent any fraying on your garment or project. You know how those hems, sleeves and neckbands on knit garments look so good - that's the work of the coverstitch machine. Want to make active wear and swimwear? This machine is not just an overlocker which can use 2, 3, 4 or 5 threads to produce various types of overlocking. The Millepunti Necchi can also sew a 2 needle or 3 needle cover hem stitch. We won't stop there, as it can also sew a single needle straight chain stitch. It is a very versatile machine which we are highly recomenting.

Having a single machine which can quickly be converted by changing needle positions to allow hemming stretch fabrics is very convenient. It offers a space saving solution and is also the most cost effective way to own a combined overlocker and coverstitch machine.
