Condition: Original in all aspects. Excellent condition. Unframed. There is a minute amount of paint loss close to the signature (Please see images) However this tiny imperfection will be rectified before despatch.


DESCRIPTION:

This is a Superb Original Still Life study depicting a Period hand painted ceramic jug with two freshly ripe plums nearby.

The Jug and Fruit are displayed on what appears to be a solid black marble surface and the Artist has captured this effect beautifully with a very lifelike reflection bouncing back from the surface.

We have not researched this artist but it is clear for all to see from these images that he/she was an expert hand in the art of Still Life painting and reflections.

The painting is currently unframed which offers you the added benefit of stamping on your mark on the finishing look/appearance of the work.


SUMMARY:

Fantastically executed and a treasure to behold. This painting will be an excellent addition to one's Fine Art collection and it offers tremendous value for money.
