A beautiful antique 22ct gold king George lll half guinea.
On the front of the coin can be seen the bust of King George lll wearing a coronation reef & in Latin the words Gorgeous lll DEF.GRATIA.(Deep grace).On the obverse.Quarter shield of arms with clubs lion & harp. 64.MBFETH.REX.MBET.L.DSRIAT.ETE.17.The engraved edge in Latin with crowned quarter shield of arms. Here can be seen the date 1764.

The coin is in great condition although it has aged most likely sunken at sea.It has a lovely authentic 22ct gold bust & a few surface marks but a lovely genuine authentic shield of arms dated 1764.
