King George lll Solid Gold 22ct Half Guinea Coin 1764.
For Sale:
A beautiful antique 22ct gold king George the 3rd half guinea. On the front of the coin can be seen the bust of King George lll wearing a coronation reef & the words in Latin Gorgeous lll DEF GRATIA.
On the obverse can be seen a quarter shield of arms & writing 64.MBFETH.REX.MBET.L.DSRIAT.ETE.17. (Date 1764).
The coin measures a total of:2cm in diameter.
The coin weights a total of:4.1g.
It has a lovely 22ct gold bust & a few surface marks but a lovely genuine authentic shield of arms dated 1764 unfortunately there is a few surface marks on the shield other than that the coin is in great condition.
A brilliant 22ct king George III solid gold half Guinea British milled coin dated 1764.
Condition- VF.
