Own Property at a Fraction of the Cost
Now you can own your own own investment properties (IP's) in Spain at a fraction of the cost. Fractional ownership allows you to buy a share in a property. Unlike timeshare you and the people you share with are the legal owners. Shared or fractional ownership of property abroad is becoming increasingly popular for UK and European buyers. A share in an IP grants you a percentage ownership of that property in co ownership with other investing syndicate members. All legally documented and protected.

We anticipate equity growth of between 6 and 10% a years. The Med Syndicate was launched 15 June 2015 and acquired its first 3 bed property (IP1) on the 11 Jan 2016. IP1 was purchased for 55000 euros with a valuation at the time of 64000 euros. Its current value is now around 75000 euros. Its value and price at the time of the 2007 crash was 110,000 euros. There is much growth and rental income to be earned from the Spanish property market in the next decade. The syndicate was established to run initially run for a 10 year period with an option to extend for a further 5 years subject to a members vote. The syndicate now has 5 members and requires a few more for the IP5 & IP6. IP2 completion was 4 August 2016, IP3 was March 2017 and IP4 is May 2017, IP5 completion will be Jan/Feb 2018 with 2 shares still available at £7000 each (gives a 14% share). A half of a share is £3500 (gives a 7% share). Investments per member per share of a property are typically between 6 - 10k GBP. The market is now at the base of a growth curve and primed for a decade of growth and prices are only 50% of what they were in 2007/8. All potential syndicate members will be introduced to existing members prior to registration in order to instill confidence in our venture. All members will be required to formally register by signing our Syndicate Agreement. Members can leave the syndicate after 3 years if they wish and take the full cash value of there investment at that time. However continued participation would be wiser! The syndicate founder is a 56 year old retired professional and chartered engineer who has experience of developing property portfolios. Note: now that UK folk can access their pension pots will further stimulate demand in the Spanish market! The number of purchase contracts is on the rise as are all the other key market indicators.
