kevlar is 12 foot, 1 & 3/4 test curve , it really is i nice rod , it curves in the right place so no reaching with the net, you have full control and it is so good playing a fish on this rod, fantastic casting ,you can cast under the over hang of a bush or tree on the island easy, a pair of these are being sold for £98 great rod,
the other shakespeare carbon compersite 11 foot, 1 & half test curve ,the foot shorter gives a similar feel and play as the kevlar, a wise pair of rods , the kevlar hitting the far targets in your swim and the 11 foot mid water or in the sides,
having a real choice in rods is good aswel when you only need one.
fish on the bank is what you want , not pretty matching ,
so one kevlar rod compared to the pair being sold would be £49
