Hi I'm Mark, I clean Caravans and motor homes as a full-time trade. I also buy and sell caravans as an honest side-line to my business. The caravans I buy are purchased with the view that I would be happy to sleep in it myself and take my young family away in them. The age of most of the caravans I sell mean that they require some minor repairs which I undertake to ensure they are safe and reliable for use. I also register all caravans with CRIS to verify proof of ownership.

Lunar Delta 520/2
This 2 berth twin axle caravan is in very good condition for its age. Ideal caravan for a young family or couple and perfect for a starter caravan.
it has a lounge that converts into a large and very comfortable double bed and at the rear is a very large Shower/Toilet/Washroom with large double wardrobe.
The caravan has a built in shurflo water pump which is feed by an internal water tank.
The centre of the van is where you will find the kitchen with duel fuel fridge with large freezer compartment and 4 burner gas hob and oven.
The soft furnishings are well sprung and have a lot of life in them. They are a nice design which is not to overbearing. There is plenty of storage, as well as the wardrobe. The large windows and light wood effect give it a very spacious feel
It has good sounding Pioneer Cd /radio player with built in forward facing speakers.

Additional External Water pump
Electrical hook up cable
Double outside step. Quite worn but useable.

Porch awning -(untested or checked)

All Seasons Full Awning - ( no poles and not checked)
Damp to front panel and offside back, being attended to.
Broken seat slat.
Soft patch under Near Side front window
Scatter cushion ripped
Kitchen sink overflow trim loose
Soft floor between door and seating area(delaminated not damp)
Ding on lower worktop surface
Burn beside sink
Shower tray cracked by plughole
Crack in middle light surround
Awning pole dings below awning rail
Awning rail on lower offside rear damaged.
