Fully working 4 ring gas hob with glass lid, oven/grill and Electrolux fridge with small freezer, (can run off gas or electric). Hot and cold water. New Whale water pump. Leisure battery.

Large end bathroom with Thretford cassette swivel toilet with electric flush, full size pedestal wash basin and separate shower cubicle, (never used by us). Black out blinds and fly screens to all windows. Fully working gas blow air heating and fire. Split stable door with window, with awning light above.

Comes with full size easy assemble Bradcot awning with ground sheet and curtains. Has Alko aks 3004 anti sway hitch (fit late 2016) also 2 new Tyron band tyres, again fit late 2016.
