This beautiful caravan is currently sited on Riverside holiday park near Swansea with river walk but close enough to get into the City. The site has many facilities for personal use including swimming pool, clubhouse, games room, shop, laundry, play park etc. The site fees are £2,035.00 yearly billed half-yearly (first half until end of June already paid). The electric is metered and gas can be purchased on site. The caravan is on a fully enclosed dog-friendly plot and comes with full-length decking, shed and carpeted awning which we leave up all year round for convenience. Your choice if you want to keep it on site.

It has a large end washroom/dressing room. This consists of a Thetford swivel cassette toilet with electric flush, sink with vanity unit, and mirror over, and a separate shower cubicle. You have a wall cabinet and shelves for storage, plus a wardrobe with single hanging rail and shelves.

The bedroom has a fixed double bed, with space underneath for storage. There is a good size wardrobe with single hanging rail and shelves for storage, also overhead lockers also a Heiki tilting sunroof over the bed. There is a venetian blind available to close the hatch and also a concertina type screen to offer privacy.

The central kitchen area comprises of a domestic style oven and grill, a three burner gas hob with a flush fitting glass lid, microwave, fridge an ominvent dual purpose roof light with integrated extractor fan, to help with ventilation, a 240v electric socket, and a recessed sink with detachable drainer. You have a range of cupboards and overhead lockers for all you storage needs. It also offer high gloss worktops. Opposite the kitchen is a small sideboard, which houses the heater. Here you will find a 240v electric socket, 12v electric socket and aerial point for siting your TV.

To the front of the caravan, there are two long daybeds/bunks. There are overhead lockers for storage and another Heiki tilting sunroof with blinds. There is also a central storage unit with drawers and a fold over table (There is also a free-standing matching table that can also be used) all with high gloss worktops. There is vinyl flooring throughout and removeable carpets in excellent condition.
