Please watch the walk round external and internal video, it gives you an accurate instructional and detailed description of the caravan better than photos or writing can show. It's as if you are there in person and helps you make an informed decision as to whether this caravan is suitable for you .

The caravan has a motor mover that works and can be seen being demonstrated in the video . The video also shows the awning up .

The outside of the van is in good condition with only a couple of marks as shown in the video. The tyres have plenty of tread on them , the hand brake and van brakes work fine ,the caravan has a Alko anti sway hitch fitted that keeps the caravan very stable on the road and tows well. All the rear lights work ie: brake, indicators, etc

On one side of the van there is an external locker that gives you access to pull out and empty the cassette for the thetford toilet and also there is the outside connector for whale freshwater pump .

On the other side of the caravan there is another locker for the leisure battery that is in good condition and the hook up connector for 240v. Also inside this locker is the isolator switch for the motor mover .There is also another locker were the aerial is stored and a 240v external plug socket . Also a gas point connector for a outside gas barbeque .

In the front storage locker there is gas bottle (with some gas in it ) and regulator ,a winding handle for the caravan corner steady legs, spare wheel ,motor mover tool ,caravan levelling blocks and a 240v power hook up cable for the van electrics that is about 45 ft long .

There is a caravan step and the door is the stable type were you can open the top part of the door if you wish , this door has a full height pull out fly screen on it. Inside the caravan is in good condition. The upholstery has no rips or signs of wear and the curtains are in good order. There are fly nets and blackout blinds to all the windows and sky lights that are in good working order and all the window stays are ok ,there is also a large Heiki sunroof fitted and the caravan is light and airy inside and also has an electric roof extractor fan . There is radio that works with removable front fitted .

The seats in the front make up into a double bed that is very spacious and comfortable and at the side of the van there is a dinette seating area with removable table . This area turns into double bunk beds with a curtain that pulls around to make this area private .

The van has a cooker , fridge with freezer box, sink with drainer and mixer tap, gas fire, hot water heater, hot air blowing system and all these appliances work as they should .There is loads of cupboard and under seating storage space.

The caravan has an end bathroom that has a thetford toilet with manual flush, vanity unit with sink and wall mirror and a shower base. There is also a wardrobe in there and a door that separates it from the rest of the van and makes it a private area , I have fitted a new top in the sink but it doesn't work properly (please see the video).


The cooker has a four ring hob, grill and oven that all works as it should on the gas. Three of the rings are gas on one is 240v electric .

The gas fire works on the gas and 240v .It also works on the blown air heating but I don't find it very affective .

The 240v hot water heater works perfect on the 240v and on the gas and the water gets very hot.

The fridge works on the 240v and on the gas but the gas can be a bit awkward to light sometimes .

There is loads of cupboard and wardrobe storage space and under seating storage as well.


The van has all the extras that are being sold with it , these are :

Gas bottles and regulator with some gas in it.

All these extras are everything you need to just hook up and go. There is nothing else you need to buy.

The caravan is 7ft 2 inch wide, the internal length is 17ft 2 inch and from the rear of the van to very front of the towing hitch its total length is 22ft 5 inch and is approx 9ft high,to the top of the aerial weighs 1149kg unladen and the fully laden weight is 1383kg and has a galvanised lightweight chassis.


The caravan is dry inside and doesn't leak water in and there isn't any mould or damp smells and the floor is solid.

The porch awning is a Apache (please see the video) with an instruction diagram to help you put it up . The dimensions are 17ft long , 8t wide, 7ft 6inch all at the front door ,it is in fair condition and you can see the awning put up in the video and also with it's doors removed so that it turns it into a gazebo .

This a great family caravan with everything that you would need to just hook up and go away on holiday.
