Please watch the walk round external and internal video as it gives an instructional , accurate and detailed description of the caravan better than photos or writing can show. It's as if you are there in person and helps you to make an informed decision as to whether this caravan is suitable for you .


The outside of the van is in good condition with only a couple of marks as shown in the video. The tyres are all good and have plenty of tread on them , the hand brake and van brakes work fine.

There is a Winterhoff stability hitch fitted on the towing eye and the caravan tows well on the road . All the rear lights work ie: brake, indicators e.t.c.

The caravan has a Enduro motor mover fitted and this can be seen working in the video , there is also a instruction manual for it .

On one side of the van there is an external hatch to pull out and empty the cassette for the thetford toilet and also there is the outside connector for whale freshwater pump and there is a hatch for the leisure battery that is brand new and the hook up connector for 240v. There is also a external gas point for a BBQ.

In the front storage hatch there are 2 gas bottles that still have some gas in them and also the gas bottle regulator ,a winding handle for the caravan corner steady legs, 240v power hook up cable for the van electrics , and a spare wheel in a carriage underneath the caravan .

There is a caravan step and the door is the stable type were you can open the top part of the door if you wish , this door has a full height pull out fly screen on it. Inside the caravan is in good condition. The upholstery and the curtains (with tie backs) are in good order. There are fly nets and blackout blinds to all the windows that are in good working order and all the window stays are ok , there is also a TV aerial connector in the van that has a signal booster box for the TV aerial on the caravan roof.

All the 12 volt lights work apart from one above the sink in the bathroom . The 240v spot lights work as do all the 240v plug sockets . There is a Sony CD/radio fitted that works .

The seats in the front make up into a double bed that is very spacious and comfortable and it also has a dinette seating area with table that makes up into bunk beds and has a curtain that pulls around it to make it into a private area.

The shower and bathroom area is at the rear of the van and has a door that separates it from the rest of the inside of the van. In this area there is a full size circular shower cubicle with door , thetford toilet , vanity unit with sink and cupboards below , large mirrors and a wardrobe with cupboards above and a draw below. This area of the van is spacious and private.

The van has a cooker , fridge with small freezer box, sink with drainer and mixer tap, gas fire, hot water heater, hot air blowing system , cupboards and under seat storage .

There is a large heiki sunroof and also a electric ceiling fan that is 3 speed and it can also rotate both ways to either draw air out of the van or suck air in .

The fridge works on the 240v hook up but is awkward to light on the gas .

The cooker has a four ring hob with electronic igniter, grill and oven that all works as it should on the gas.

The gas fire works on the gas and in addition to the gas fire the caravan has a hot air blown heating system that is thermostatically controlled and works great.

The 240v hot water heater works perfect on the 240v and on the gas and the water gets very hot and there is all the instruction manuals for the appliances and the motor mover .


There is loads of cupboard and wardrobe storage space and under seating storage as well.


The van has all the extras that are being sold with it , these are :

240v hook up lead.
Two 40Ltr fresh water barrels .
Two whale water pumps.
Waste water container with waste water pipes.
Two gas bottles and regulator with some gas in them .
Caravan step.
Caravan leg winder.
Spare wheel.
Leisure battery.
Cutlery , pans , frying pans , kettle , toaster , cups and plates .
All these extras is everything you need to just hook up and go. There is nothing else you need to buy.

The caravan is 7ft wide, the body is 20ft and from the rear of the van to very front of the towing hitch its total length is 23ft 3in and is approx 8ft 6in high, weighs 1238kg unladen and the fully laden weight is 1450kg and has a galvanised lightweight chassis.

The caravan is dry inside and doesn't leak water in and there isn't any damp smells and the floor is solid .


This a great family 4 berth caravan with a fantastic shower and bathroom area and has plenty of life left in it yet. Everything is there that you would need to just hook up and go away on holiday.
