Fleetwood heritage 640-ES four berth touring caravan 2007 top of the range twin axle.
Excellent layout and many high spec feature's.

This caravan has fixed separate single beds at the rear making it quite rare, so at the rear of the caravan to each side is a bed with lots of storage underneath, plenty of cupboards and also a TV cabinet with aerial connections and power point.
The bathroom is split between the mid centre of the caravan so to one side there's a large shower cubical with a new power shower head and swivel style storage cabinets and to the other side there's a separate hand wash basin and thetford swivel seat cassette toilet, there's also mirror's and cupboards in here. Both rooms are spacious and convenient and are 100% private from the rest of the caravan.
The kitchen and appliances are all in the centre of the caravan, the appliances consist of an excellent full size fridge with separate freezer and three way power source, factory fitted microwave, stainless steel sink and a good sized gas oven with hobs and a separate grill.
Also in the centre is a large wardrobe and storage cupboard for the free standing table.
At the front of the caravan the seats wrap all the way around, they do convert easily into a large double bed as well, there's much more storage available under the seats and plenty of cupboard space throughout the caravan.
It is a great layout! very spacious and comfortable.

This caravan is the top of the range and it has some great feature's to prove it, there is a factory fitted Dometic air conditioning system, Alde central heating throughout, Cd radio player, spot lights, dimmer switch lights, blinds fly screens and curtains all round, upgraded luxurious upholstery, full size fridge with freezer and microwave.

The exterior, its 21ft long plus the tow hitch section and it weighs 1700KG maximum with a mass in running order weight of 1425KG, it tows excellently as most twin axles do.
It has a large front locker box, AL-KO anti sway tow hitch, wet locker side box with three pin plug socket, gas bbq connection point, above door awning light, very eye catching alloy wheels and tinted windows.

The accessories are - a large Fiamma awning annex, leisure battery, spare wheel, fresh water and waste water containers, gas bottle, water pump and best of all a fitted power touch motor mover system that makes moving this caravan effortless.

The overall condition of the caravan is very good especially for a big caravan, the interior has seen little use, never been smoked in or had any pets in, there's no issues with the upholstery everything is very clean and good. The exterior is much the same it has been kept to a very nice standard and presents very well.

This is a very modern top spec caravan with excellent feature's, it is absolutely ideal for touring in but even more suited to being used as a sited caravan as it is big spacious and very comfortable, the rear separate bed design is quite rare and well sought after.
