Avondale Avocet two berth touring caravan 2001, this is a very rare and individual caravan because of what it is equipped with, it has a very high spec for its age and an excellent spacious layout. It is also very modern, the styling of the caravan ran for many years so it certainly looks the part.

The layout of the caravan is as follows, it has a full separate bathroom at the rear equipped with a Thetford swivel seat cassette toilet, separate hand wash basin, large wardrobe, mirror's and cupboards, there is also a large fully enclosed separate shower cubical. The bathroom closes off entirely from the rest of the caravan making it a very private wash/dressing room.

In the centre of the caravan is the kitchen area, appliances and worktop space. There's an Electrolux three way power source fridge with freezer section, Caprice gas oven complete with hobs and a separate grill, large washing up sink with draining board, cutlery draw and lots of cupboards and draws. There's a large worktop opposite the appliances, this is excellent for meal prep. There's also a large display/wine cabinet above, the kitchen area is very spacious and well equipped.

At the front of the caravan there's a seat either side with a chest of draws between, the seats convert easily into a large double bed or they can be used as two separate single beds if prefer'd. The chest of draws are fully removable offering the option of making the double bed even bigger, there's lots of cupboards above each seat and lots of easily accessible storage underneath the seats.
The layout is very spacious and comfortable.

Interior features include -
Truma ultra heat gas or electric central heating throughout, Truma ultrastore gas or electric hot and cold water system, one large Heki sky light roof vent, factory fitted Cd radio player, alarm system, lots of plug sockets, black out blinds insect screens and curtains, free standing dining table, 12v and 240v lighting and best of all this caravan is equipped with a factory fitted ELECTROLUX AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM, this is a very rare thing to find on a caravan of any age.

The exterior of the caravan is very fresh and modern, it has good tyres, alloy wheels, above door awning light, an AL-KO anti sway tow hitch, status digital Tv aerial, three pin awning plug socket, LPG gas BBQ connection point, front locker box and separate side locker box and finally it has a fitted Fiamma bike rack fitted on the back of the caravan.

There's lots of accessories included with the caravan such as an electric hook up cable, waste pipes, Fiamma levelling blocks, exterior whale water pump, toilet chemicals, leisure battery, corner steadies winder, two gas bottles, entrance step, fresh water and waste water aqua rolls, spare wheel, fire blanket and fire extinguisher and finally a fitted CARVER MOTOR MOVER SYSTEM. So it is very well equipped.

Overall the condition of the caravan is very good, it has been well looked after since new. It is not new and has the odd sign of wear of course but nothing worth a mention, it is very clean and well presented inside and out.

The caravan tows excellently and is very lightweight at only 1085KG mass in running order and 1340KG maximum weight, so very light and easily towed by most cars. It is also very easy to move around by hand when required.

The caravan is currently in storage and available to be viewed and purchased at anytime, if required delivery can be arranged at additional costs, siting can also be arranged at additional costs.
