2007 Compass Magnum Mendip 524 - 4 Berth Caravan

This is a lovely family caravan in very good condition, it is very luxurious with a spacious layout.

The layout is as follows:

At the front of the caravan is a comfortable seating area which can be converted into a double bed. There is a CD/radio player, heki vent, lots of cupboard storage, a centre unit with two large drawers and a large top suitable for a TV, plenty of storage underneath the seating area as well.

In the centre is the kitchen which has a full size gas oven with gas hobs and grill, a 3 way Electolux fridge with a freezer compartment, a stainless steel sink with chrome hot and cold tap, good sized worktop area and an electric extractor fan.

Opposite the kitchen is the dinette which is a good seating/dining area which can also be converted into bunk beds making this a perfect family caravan. There is storage both overhead in the cupboards and underneath the seating.

At the rear of the caravan is a full end bathroom which has a separate shower, hand wash basin, thetford swivel cassette toilet and lots of floor space. There is also a good sized wardrobe and lots of cupboards for storage.

The caravan also has spot lights throughout, a carbon monoxide/smoke alarm, 240/12V lighting and Truma blown air central heating which works on gas or electric.

All windows are double glazed and are fitted with blinds, fly screens and curtains.

The exterior has an under seat locker, an awning heater, lpg socket, alloy wheels, a light above the door, tv aerial, a Winterhoff hitch and more.
