A spacious unusual layout with 3 good size bedrooms, bathroom plus en-suite off the main double bedroom,good size kitchen, it also has a double pull out bed in lounge making it an 8 berth although we have never used it ...has upvc double glazing and electric thermostatically controlled heaters with timers throughout keeping it nice and cosy in the winter and gas fire in lounge, range cooker and fridge.All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and cupboards, there is an LPG Boiler for hot water and cooker and fire. Double outside electric socket.. Has a couple of small dings on outside at front above tow hitch but otherwise is in excellent condition inside and out for a caravan of this age..Would be ideal for self build which is what we used it for , or similar, we lived in it for 16 months comfortably ... A nice clean dry caravan no leaks or dampness.. had no children or pets in it..This is being sold off site ...buyer must arrange transport ...easy access and loads of room for transporter to collect. The steps and hand rail shown in the photo are not included,but we do have the original steps that go with it.It, an empty 47k propane bottle goes with it if wanted..may px for motorhome
