This is not a standard size caravan it is a double sized holiday home (40x 16) with plenty of space for a family . ( I hope this helps viewers of the advert ).

Fantastic space for family or as a retirement location /second home . Plenty safe space for a family with children and pets In the garden and decking area. Overall a very friendly holiday park .
Fishing at your door and very close to local and nearby golf clubs, and great seaside and coastal walks . Also boat storage could , if available be arrange through the site management. But that issue would need sought through site management.

This is a 40x16 Monaco Duo 6 berth holiday home, with two good size double bedrooms, one leading into shower room /toilet the other with full size bathroom .
The large decking is sealed and fully fitted with heavy duty astro turf.
Central heating is plumbed in ( no gas tanks to mess with) . Large kitchen range and everything you need to enjoy your holiday or as a second home. Fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher , microwave , all crockery , two TV's......... just bring your bags/clothing and enjoy.
Gas central heating throughout and underfloor and roof insulation.
The site has a small useful shop, with friendly staff . A pub serving food just outside the park entrance with a local village about 4 miles away.
Two good beaches one at the site the other about a 10 min walk approx.
It is 11 miles to Stranraer town centre.
Fishing just outside the park with the park running their own annual golf competitions .
Membership to local golf clubs is very reasonable between £160 to £400 per year.
Outside rear garden and garden shed with other smaller storage units. NO traffic noise and no buildings or other units to the rear therefore very quiet.
