The caravan is a 2 bedroom (6 berth) model with double glazing and central heating, and is a good size at 36' x 12'. It's for sale at £22,995 which includes the site fees for the remainder of 2024, the park's transfer fee, and new gas & electric safety certificates. The seller paid £37,500 for it just 2 years ago so it's realistically priced for a quick sale. It's in very good used-condition and still has until December 2036 on the site licence. The park runs an 8 month season (March - October).

The caravan is sited on a quiet part of the park close to the beach and a short walk to the shop and facilities. It's well lit and has private parking for one car and spaces for more cars a few yards away.

The park has a relaxed atmosphere and is very well kept, and the on-site facilities include an indoor heated pool, sandy adventure playground, nightly entertainment, tennis courts, and a takeaway restaurant. It's pet-friendly and has good WiFi throughout. It's in a gorgeous location and is located right on the beach and within easy reach of many stunning Highlands attractions, including Dunrobin Castle, Glenmorangie Distillery, the Falls of Shin, and plenty of nearby golf courses. Further afield is Loch Ness, John O'Groats, and Cawdor Castle. It's a region that is rich in history and is ideal for nature lovers and hikers. It's also a brilliant base to explore the NC500 route.
